General Overnight Conditions

1. BOOKINGS are considered valid effective the day of receipt of 20% of the cost of the entire stay. Uncomplete or partial payments do not assure the booking to be accepted, customers are not eligible for refunds.
2. For reasons not depending on our willing, should your accomodation become unavailable, Bed & Breakfast 'Un Balcone sul Centro Antico' will provide you with another one with same quality standards.
3. Check out within 11:00 a.m.
4. Cancellations received in written by fax or postal mail within thirty days prior the arrival date, assure a total refund (minus Euro 50.00 deducted as processing fee); cancellations received within fifteen days prior the arrival involve a lost of 50%, after the fourtheenth day, a 100% of penalty will be charged.
